Rolle Field is located in southwestern Yuma County, Arizona within the City of San Luis, Arizona. It lies approximately three and a half (3.5) nautical miles north of the Mexico-United States border, four (4) nautical miles northeast of the center of the City of San Luis, Arizona, five (5) nautical miles south of the City of Somerton, Arizona, twelve (12) nautical miles south of the central business district of the City of Yuma.
U.S. Highway 95 connects the communities of the City of Yuma, which is located along Interstate 8, some 12 miles north of Somerton, and to San Luis Rio Colorado, Mexico, which is situated approximately six (6) miles southwest of Rolle Field, across the border from San Luis, Arizona.
