Rolle Airfield is a public use general aviation non-towered airport located in San Luis, Arizona. The Yuma County Airport Authority (YCAA) manages Rolle Airfield, on behalf of the County of Yuma, which has a contract and license agreement with the Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) to operate and maintain the airfield on 640 acres of land owned by the US Department of the Interior. The existing agreement between the BOR and the YCAA was renewed in October 2009 and extends through October 22, 2034.

The YCAA was incorporated as a non-profit entity in the State of Arizona on December 30, 1965. Under Arizona Statutes, the “Airport Authority” is an independent public agency and a non-profit organization. The YCAA’s mission is to promote and foster civil aviation through the operation of the Yuma International Airport and Rolle Airfield on behalf of the citizens and families of Yuma County, Arizona.


Responsibilities of the YCAA include planning, development, administration functions, operations, and maintenance of the Airfield and of the facilities located at or relating to Rolle Airfield in an effort to support the growth of aviation services in San Luis Arizona.
