Rolle Airfield Hangar, 2101 North Avenue E, San Luis, AZ 85349.
The Rolle Airfield hangar consists of a 50’ x 50’ evaporative cooled hangar with a single restroom and kitchenette. Due to the very remote location of the facility, Rolle Airfield’s power source is a generator and the hangar bay is equipped with 220v receptacles powered by an exterior generator. The facility is not equipped with telephone or wireless internet, however wireless internet services can be arranged through BeamSpeed, here is a link to their website: https://www.beamspeed.com
The lease will include the following services:
• Hangar maintenance
• Utilities included
• One 4-yard dumpster
• Additional services upon request
• Non-exclusive use of the vehicle parking lot adjacent to the hangar at no charge
• Non-exclusive use of aircraft parking apron area and aircraft tie-downs directly outside of the hangar bay.
• Access to the facility and airfield is 24 hours/day and there are no parking or landing fees.
Janitorial services are available under an on-call agreement at a cost of $100.00 per call out, includes cleaning of the kitchen area and restroom, light sweeping of the hangar portion of the premises and janitorial supplies.
