Special Board of Directors Meeting

Call to Order:
The Yuma County Airport Authority, Inc. (YCAA) Special Meeting of the Board of Directors was called to order at 5:30 PM on December 12, 2016 in the Yuma International Airport Conference Room, 2191 E. 32nd Street, Suite 218, Yuma, Arizona 85365. The Presiding officer was Stanley Gourley,1st Vice President.

Eric Saltzer, Director
Dr. Brian Cullen, DMD, Director
YCAA DIRECTORS ABSENT WERE:

Russell Jones, Director
ALSO PRESENT WERE:
Gladys Wiggins, Airport Director
Gerald Hinkle, Jr., Chief Financial Officer
CALL TO THE PUBLIC
There was no Public Comment.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES - None
REGULAR AGENDA
1) Update on the status of current litigation and proposed settlement offer in the DBT v. YCAA matter. (Update by Airport Director)
1st Vice President and presiding officer Stanley Gourley moved that the Board go into Executive Session to discuss agenda item number 1. Dean Hager seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously ending the public session at 5:32PM.
The public meeting reconvened at 6:14PM.
Director Nelson, moved that the Board authorize legal counsel and the Airport Director to proceed in responding to the settlement offer, and take such other actions in accordance with the direction received from the Board in Executive Session. Dean Hager seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Board the meeting adjourned at 6:15PM.
