Airport action on 10/13 : Increased the bandwidth, per request. Also upgrade the Cisco firmware from 1.0.3.52, to the current 1.0.3.55. Please note, this increase is through 30 September 2021, resulting in an increase to the monthly bill, starting November, 2020. October, 2020 will be paid with this work order.

Airport action on 10/13 : Found the printer had been changed from the wired network to the wireless. Changed the config back and successfully tested. Also, found the computers magnifier settings had been set, changed them back. Everything looks proper.
