Call to Order:
The Yuma County Airport Authority, Inc. (YCAA) Finance Committee of the Board of Directors was called to order at 1:00pm on August 6, 2015 in the Yuma International Airport Conference Room, 2191 E. 32nd Street, Suite 218, Yuma, Arizona 85365. The Presiding officer was Albert Gardner, 2nd Vice President.
YCAA MEMBERS PRESENT WERE:
Albert Gardner, 2nd Vice President attended electronically
Dr. Brian Cullen, DMD, Director joined the meeting at 1:12PM
YCAA DIRECTORS IN ATTENDANCE WERE:
Ron Rice, President
YCAA FINANCE COMMITTEE MEMBERS ABSENT WERE:
Stan Gourley, 1st Vice President (Finance Committee Chairman)
ALSO PRESENT WERE:
Gladys Wiggins, Director
Gerald Hinkle, Jr., Chief Financial Officer
CALL TO THE PUBLIC
There were no members of the public to address the Committee.
REGULAR AGENDA
1) Finance Committee discussion and recommendation on the proposed budget for the Yuma County Airport Authority FY 2016.
The Committee discussed the proposed budget as submitted. Staff provided the Committee with an in depth review of the budget.
The consensus of the Committee was to present the FY16 Proposed Budget to the YCAA Board of Directors for approval at the August 11, 2015 Board Meeting along with their recommendation that it be adopted.

There being no further business before the Committee adjourned at 1:50PM.
