Call to Order:
The Yuma County Airport Authority, Inc. (YCAA) Public Relations Committee of the Board of Directors was called to order at 2:09PM on 08/10/2015 in the Yuma International Airport Conference Room, 2191 E. 32nd Street, Suite 218, Yuma, Arizona 85365. The Presiding officer was Linda Morgan, Chair.

CALL TO THE PUBLIC
There was no public comment.
REGULAR AGENDA
1) Public Relations Committee discussion and recommendation on partnering with the Yuma 50.
The Committee discussed the partnership opportunity with the newly organized Yuma 50. Ken Rosevear, Yuma 50 Board Chairman provided an overview of the organization and its objectives.
The Yuma 50, a newly formed local organization comprised of community volunteers, has a focus geared toward supporting and advocating for our two military installations, Yuma Proving Grounds and MCAS Yuma.
The consensus of the Committee was to request that they provide a presentation at the regular meeting of the YCAA Board of Directors. Further, the committee recommends supporting the organization in its efforts to promote our military installations to include the possibility of providing a venue for upcoming fund raising activities without cost.
2) Public Relations Committee discussion and recommendation regarding recruitment of air service and the retention of the existing airline.
The Committee discussed the approach for new air service and retention of the existing airline (American Airways). The Airport Director provided a presentation on how the existing airline is set up today, what the statistical data shows, and the approach toward retention and/or attracting commercial air service.

There being no further business before the Committee the meeting adjourned at 3:21PM.
