Call to Order:
CALL TO ORDER
The Yuma County Airport Authority, Inc. (YCAA) Strategy Committee Meeting was called to order in the Yuma International Airport Conference Room, 2191 E. 32nd Street, Suite 218, Yuma, Arizona 85365. Wednesday, February 10, 2010, 10:00AM. The Presiding officer was Rob Ingold, Chairman.

COMMITTEE REPORTS
Regular Agenda
1) Discussion and Possible Action to recommend a land purchase to the YCAA for 40 acres of land west of the Airport
Mr. Ingold introduced Mr. Bill Gresser Jr. Mr. Gresser Jr. provided the Committee with a draft appraisal of $60,000.00 per acre and $1,000,000 for improvements. The total appraisal was for 3.4 million. Mr. Gresser Junior also provided the committee a resume for the appraiser.
After much discussion the consensus of the committee is to keep moving forward.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Committee the meeting adjourned at 11:23AM.
